Discussion on gas control scheme of coal preparation plant

Since the raw coal is from a high gassy mine, although three machines in other places have been used for many times, none of them has been used for a long time in transportation, storage and transportation links, but there is still a phenomenon of high gas concentration in raw coal bunker, clean coal bunker and other coal storage facilities, It seriously threatens the safety of the plant's equipment, facilities and personnel. In order to eliminate hidden dangers of accidents, gas control has been started since 2002. First, fans have been installed in places with gas accumulation. In 2004, gas monitoring systems have been installed in places with gas accumulation, realizing real-time monitoring of gas concentration in all gas areas of the plant. Shaqu coal preparation plant has been actively promoting the application of information technology. The specific drying time is related to the drying equipment used and the weather and other factors, so as to improve the safety production management level of the enterprise, and has achieved certain results

2 implementation process of gas detection system

2.1 division of areas:

8000t raw coal bunker, 136 belt corridor and head, coal return tunnel, 201 belt tail, scraper layer of preparation workshop, first floor of preparation workshop, 301 belt tail, scraper layer of clean coal bunker, 751 belt corridor, 10000 ton clean coal bunker, seven meter loading layer of clean coal bunker, this kind of method is particularly suitable for studying corrosion wear and fatigue wear under 10000 ton clean coal bunker

2.2 install fans

(1) install one 11kw (model: fswz-11b) fan and one 5.5kW (model: YBT) fan in 8000t raw coal bunker for gas drainage

(2) one 5.5kW (model: YBT) fan is installed at the entrance of 1 #, 2 #, 3 # clean coal bunker and medium coal bunker on the 32m floor of the loading bunker, and four 5.5kW (model: YBT) fans are installed on the 10000 ton clean coal bunker for gas drainage

(3) one 11kw (model: fswz-11b) fan is installed at the chute of 1 #, 2 #, 3 # clean coal bunker and medium coal bunker on the 7m floor of the loading bunker, and one 11kw (model: fswz-11b) fan is installed under the 10000 ton bunker for gas drainage

2.3 system distribution:

the system is equipped with 6 sub stations, which are respectively installed in:

sub station 1: clean coal bunker top corridor

sub station 2: clean coal bunker top corridor

sub station 3: 10000 ton bunker top corridor

sub station 4: 10000 ton bunker top corridor

sub station 5: preparation workshop floor 1

sub station 6: 8000 ton (raw coal) bunker corridor

sensor distribution: (start stop)14, 19 methane sensors)
